2、 Physical performance improvement
1. Improve flexibility and bending resistance
The soft and hard segment structure of PU molecules is suitable for leather, and the coating is not easily cracked after repeated bending and rubbing; Artificial leather relies on PU resin to achieve a soft touch similar to real leather, without causing hard or brittle cracking.
2. Wear resistant and scratch resistant
The resin cured film has high toughness, which improves the friction and scratch resistance of the leather surface. It is not easy to scratch and peel during daily use, and extends the service life.
3. Elastic adaptation
The soft segment endows with extensibility, and can rebound after stretching, adapting to the stretchability characteristics of genuine leather and elastic cloth based synthetic leather.

6、 Functional Expansion
Hydrophilic PU: made into a breathable coating to solve the problem of sealed and sweaty coating;
Cross linked PU (high solid content, isocyanate cured): further enhances hydrolysis resistance, moisture resistance, and meets the long-term use of shoe leather and sofa leather;
Aliphatic polyurethane: resistant to yellowing, suitable for light colored leather and white leather, and not prone to yellowing after prolonged exposure to light.
