2. Core advantages

(2) Strong adhesion to genuine leather, non-woven fabric, and fiber base materials; Can achieve different tactile sensations such as matte, frosted, and high gloss;
(3) By adjusting the formula, it can achieve resistance to hydrolysis, yellowing, water and dirt, and dry and wet wiping; Aliphatic PU has more outstanding anti-aging performance;
(4) The molecular structure is similar to that of genuine leather collagen, and the finished product has a strong meaty texture, which can simulate the texture of genuine leather.
3. Two major application scenarios
(1) Synthetic leather substrate resin
Wet process bass resin and dry process surface layer resin are used to produce PU synthetic leather and microfiber leather, and are the main raw materials for shoe leather, luggage leather, automotive interior leather, and sofa leather; The solvent DMF system is a traditional process, and now water-based and solvent-free resins are gradually replacing traditional oil-based products to reduce VOC emissions.
(2) Leather surface coating (coating resin)
Used for post coating of natural leather, it is divided into bottom layer, middle layer, top layer coating resin, and repair resin; The bottom layer is used for sealing and filling; Enhance the wear-resistant feel of the middle layer; The top layer provides a glossy, stain resistant, and scratch resistant effect; Water based PU is currently the mainstream product for leather finishing.
