Polyurethane textile lamination adhesives are widely used in apparel, home textiles, medical and footwear industries. They enable reliable lamination of fabrics for outdoor jackets, children’s clothing, undergarments, down jackets, medical protective garments, mattresses, cooling mats and various footwear materials. Featuring high bonding strength, soft hand feel and excellent wash resistance.
Solvent-based dry lamination adhesive:Traditional food‑packaging lamination adhesive with excellent peel strength, boiling‑proof and grease‑proof, applicable for dry‑laminating multi‑layer films including PET, NY and aluminum foil.
Solvent-free two-component lamination adhesive:Solvent‑free, low‑odor and eco‑friendly. Oven‑drying is not needed for lower energy consumption. It serves as a prevailing green option for flexible food packaging with boiling‑water‑proof and low‑temperature‑resistant performance.
PUR hot melt adhesive for flexible packaging:Solvent‑free and fast‑curing, featuring puncture‑proof and wide‑temperature resistance. It is ideal for lightweight‑film and paper‑plastic lamination for simple food‑packaging applications.
Woodworking adhesives are used for furniture veneer wrapping, flat lamination and edge banding on panel boards; lamination for soft furniture mattresses and assembly of sofas; lamination of WPC/SPC flooring and anti-static flooring; fabric bonding for air beds. We also supply liquid PUR adhesives specially formulated for outdoor bridge applications.
Applicable fields: ① Hospital protective clothing; In February 2020, faced with the pandemic of the century, the demand for protective clothing in hospitals increased sharply, and higher requirements were put forward for the composite strength of protective clothing, requiring a composite strength of 6N/15mm. Previously, the hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive used could only reach 3N/15mm. Our company resumed work on time on February 10, 2020. At the same time, in response to customer demands, our R&D personnel urgently developed the hot melt adhesive product HDP-2312 suitable for high-end protective clothing, with a composite strength of 7N/15mm, which is used for the composite of non-woven fabric and PE breathable film. While creating benefits for the enterprise, we also take on more social responsibility.
